Registration

There are now two convenient ways to register for a WROC class: online or paper.

Online Registration and Payment

When you select the 'click here to begin' link below, a listing of all active events will open in a new window. To see a list of WROC events sorted by categories such as Athletics, Health, Li'l WROCers, etc., select the Departments drop-down menu.

Select ‘Register’ beside the event you wish to attend. You will be prompted for a username and password, which you will need to set up the first time by selecting the ‘Need a login? Click here’ link that is below the sign-in box. Please remember the username and password you chose, as you will need them for subsequent event registrations.

Please print the registration form, complete, and mail along with your payment to:

Child Participation Form

A child participation form is required for all children attending child care.


Consent, Release, and Indemnity

I understand that participation in any of the WROC programming can present a risk of harm to the participant and that I have a personal responsibility for assuming any and all medical, hospital, and related expenses that may result from my own or my children’s participation in any of the Recreation Center’s programs.

I hereby release Westminster Presbyterian Church, affiliated and sponsored organizations, and its personnel, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the church and its personnel from and against any liability of any nature whatsoever for any injury to myself and/or my son or daughter resulting or arising in any way from my/his/her participation in any programs offered through WROC Ministries. I understand WPC provides no medical coverage.

By attending WROC events, I understand that my photo may be taken and used on web and print materials. I also understand that I will never be identified by name.
