Read about Hilary's weight loss journey.
Rev. Hilary Livingston is a certified personal trainer who has lost 70 pounds by changing her lifestyle. She never intended to be a personal trainer and says that, “For the better part of my life I was overweight and out of shape. In May of 2008, I made the decision to lose weight and improve my health. My fitness journey inspired me to become a personal trainer so that I could help others lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle.”
Knowing that the beginning of a workout program can be a daunting task, and that traditional gym settings can be intimidating, Hilary aims to provide safe, effective, and fun workouts to get people in the best shape of their lives, without the use of heavy equipment. She says, “As an ordained Presbyterian minister, I also understand the spiritual and emotional aspects of physical fitness, allowing me to provide holistic support for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. I want to empower people to increase their fitness level, lose weight, and develop an overall healthier lifestyle.”
